City Home Granite Depot has a great program for builders. We have many granite colors that you can select. Our wholesale price do not include any installation service.
Large quantities? You can special order a variety of colors in container load quantities and have your granite delivered direct to the job site. Talk to us for more details.

exceptional service, inventory, reliable delivery, free samples, customer assistance and education, and total dedication to the wholesale trade.

We will hold material for 15 calendar days. If there is need to hold the material for longer time, we will require a 50% deposit. If there is a request for
a particular material which is on-hold, we reserve the right to contact the holder for further commitment. If we do not have a response from the holder
within 24 hours, we will proceed by selling the materials.
We deliver our material to our customers, and distributors. We charged delivery fees depending on the quantity of the granite tops, and the geographic location.
Time of delivery will be set according to your geographic location.
We accept returns for granite no more than seven days from delivery date. At time of delivery acceptance, please inspect the granite before signing the receipt.
We cannot accept any return where there is mark or scratch on the granite. Marketing
We are retailers and wholesalers. Our customers include distributors, dealers, renovators, contractors, designers, residential owners and much more. Pricing
Our products can be purchased directly from our warehouse in Toronto. Samples can be provided upon request for free of charge.
